Steps to Follow when ordering the Activation lock bypass service from us: [Read Carefully]Before ordering our service, You must place your iPhone in Restore Mode, then once we have e-mailed you that we have successfully removed the iCloud account and that “Find my iPhone” Feature is now OFF, you must restore your iPhone as a new phone using iTunes.
Do not make a back up of the Activation locked phone and then restore from this back up. If you restore from this back up then the iCloud will NOT BE REMOVED!
Here are the steps to prepare your iPhone BEFORE placing an order with us:
Check to make sure the phone is not reported Lost in iCloud.
See service:
iCloud Clean / Lost IMEI Status check (info only)
Remember: Erase the iphone and leave it in RECOVERY mode until you get the message from us that that iCloud is removed (FMI = OFF) , then only RESTORE the iPhone as a NEW PHONE. DO NOT RESTORE from a backup!
How to put your iPhone in recovery mode:
Make sure that you’re using the latest version of iTunes.
If iTunes is already open, close it. Connect your device to your computer and open iTunes. If you don’t have a computer, borrow one from a friend or go to an Apple Retail Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider ask for help.While your device is connected force restart it with these steps, but don’t release the buttons when you see the Apple logo, wait until the connect to iTunes screen appears:
On an iPhone X, iPhone 8, or iPhone 8 Plus or Later:
Press and quickly release the Volume Up button. Press and quickly release the Volume Down button. Then, press and hold the Side button until you see the connect to iTunes screen.
On an iPhone 7 or iPhone 7 Plus:
Press and hold the Side and Volume Down buttons at the same time.
Keep holding them until you see connect to iTunes screen.
On an iPhone 6s and earlier, iPad, or iPod touch:
Press and hold both the Home and the Top (or Side) buttons at the same time. Keep holding them until you see the connect to iTunes screen.
DO NOT SET UP YOUR DEVICE UNTIL WE HAVE CONTACTED YOU THAT WE HAVE REMOVED THE ICLOUD ACCOUNT SUCCESSFULLY.
Confirm that my phone is in RESTORE MODE and that it is not marked LOST and it is SOLD by the carrier mentioned in the service description
