We cannot guarantee Network Unlocking after the IMEI is clean. This service will not remove any unpaid bills from the account and it will not make you eligible for unlocking. It will only remove the block so that you can use the phone on T-Mobile and it will also clear the blacklist status (lost / Stolen ) from the account.
Once the blacklist is removed you will still need to be eligible by T-Mobile to get it unlocked. Check the T-Mobile website for eligibility requirements.

You need to find the reason it was blocked. If it was blocked because it was reported Lost or Stolen, then we can unblock it using this service. If it is blocked because of unpaid bills then we cannot remove the unpaid bill’s status from the account. Please check before ordering.

iCloud status showing as LOST applies only to Apple’s internal database where they track iPhone’s. A Blacklisted IMEI means the phone has been reported Lost or Stolen to the GSMA database
