Method 1

  1. In the dial pad, press 2945#*XXXX# where XXXX equals the device model number . You can find the LG model number information in the settings, about phone. (example: 2945#*800#).
  2. Select Network lock.
  3. Enter the 16-digit network lock code.
  4. A confirmation message will appear once the device has been unlocked successfully saying THIS PHONE IS NOT PERSONALIZED, it means your LG phone has been sim unlocked / network unlocked.

Method 2

  1. Insert a non-supported.com SIM card into the device and turn it on.
  2. The device will ask for an unlock code.
  3. Enter the 16-digit network lock code.
  4. A confirmation message will appear once the device has been unlocked.
